The Illinois College men's and women's tennis teams traveled to Greenville, Illinois, to compete against Greenville University on Thursday. Both teams faced challenges and ultimately were defeated by the Panthers.
In the women's matches, the No. 3 doubles team of Lydia Criveau and Megan Oliver secured a victory with an 8-6 score. Additionally, Lily Ingram made a notable contribution by winning her match in No. 3 singles with scores of 6-1, 6-2.
Looking ahead, the Illinois College women's tennis team is set to begin conference competition against Lake Forest College on Saturday at 3:00 PM. Meanwhile, the men's team will return to action against UHSP on Tuesday, October 4th at 5:00 PM.
