1. Approval to hire a replacement Network Analyst I at an annual salary of up to $83,708.83 effective 10/13/24; the previous employee was appointed Acting Network Analyst II on 6/30/24 at an annual salary of $74,739.52. Due to upcoming projects, it's necessary to get this position filled as soon as possible. 

2. Purchase Order and Resolution-Mesa Electronics for AV equipment on Floors 1 and 2 of the County Building in the amount of $224,036.14 

3. Purchase Order-ConvergeOne Inc for FY24 ISD Maintenance-Smart Net C9200 in the amount of $4,338.96. 

4. Purchase Order and Resolution-CMFirst Rethink Modernization for renewal of 3 year software license in the amount of $143,421.42. 

5. Purchase Order and Resolution-Conference Technologies for installation of AV equipment on Floors 2 of the County Building in the amount of $190,260. 

6. Purchase Order-LeadsOnline LLC for FY24 ISD Contractual SHR Leads/Online Power Plus renewal in the amount of $6,704. 

7. Pre-Travel Approval for Michaela Vehling, Systems Analyst to attend IACO in Normal, IL from 11/18-11/20/24 in the amount of $753.82.

Recorder, Josh Langfelder 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Recording/Data Entry/Verifier at an annual salary of $40,000 effective 10/8/24; the previous employee left the position on 7/30/24 at an annual salary of $40,000 and left the payroll on 8/16/24. 

Building & Grounds, Byron Deaner 

1. Resolution to enter into an agreement with Ace Sign Company for wayfinding signage at the East Complex in the amount of $51,055.65. 

Brian Davis 

1. Agreement with Amtrak for reimbursement of Amtrak's relocation expenses from anticipated Federal Grants proceeds.
