Illinois College quarterback Destin Chance has been recognized as the Midwest Conference Offensive Performer of the Week, according to an announcement made today by the league.

Chance, hailing from Auburn, Illinois, is a senior who delivered an impressive performance against the University of Chicago. He completed 22 out of 37 passes for 327 yards and four touchdowns. In addition to his passing achievements, he rushed 10 times for 86 yards and scored two touchdowns. Overall, Chance accounted for 413 yards of total offense in Illinois College's 50-37 victory.

His touchdown passes covered distances of 57, 71, 38, and 7 yards, while his rushing touchdowns were achieved with runs of 38 and 1 yard.

This marks the second time this season that Chance has received this accolade. He previously earned it on September 9th.

The Illinois College Blueboys currently hold a record of three wins and two losses overall, with a conference record standing at two wins and two losses. They are scheduled to play Knox on Saturday with kickoff set for 1:00 p.m.
