Teddy Walbaum led the Illinois College Blueboys golf team with a sixth-place individual finish at the Prairie Fire Fall Classic in Galesburg, Illinois. Walbaum recorded a final round score of 75, following an opening round of 77. His second round was highlighted by an even-par 35 on the back nine.
The Blueboys finished sixth overall in the tournament, posting a team score of 331 (+43). Other contributors for Illinois College included AJ Odle, who shot an 81, Emmitt Brokaw with an 84, and Myles Kampwerth who finished with a 91.
This event marked the conclusion of the Blueboys' fall season. The team is scheduled to return to competition in the spring at the SLIAC Men's Golf Championships.
