The following members answered roll call at the special meeting of the Auburn Board of Education June 28, 2018: Present: John Megginson, Darren Root, Kristen Boylen, Maureen Grassenheider, Mark Killam
Megginson moved to adopt the agenda. Smith seconded the motion. The voting was as follows:

Jessup yea
Megginson yea
Kern yea
Norris absent
Smith yea
There being 4 “yeas”, 0 “nays”, the president declared the motion carried.
Kern moved to go into closed session at 6:04 pm. Megginson seconded the motion the voting was as follows:

There being 4 “yeas”, 0 “nays”, the president declared the motion carried.
Board came out of Closed Session at 7:47 pm.
Megginson moved to appoint Mark Killam as school board member. Kern seconded the motion. The vote was as follows:
