The Board of Education meeting was called to order by President Paul Copeland at 7:04 p.m. with the following members present:

Paul Waterman was sworn in as a new board member.
Motion made by Tommie Smith, seconded by Matt Shackleton, to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
Motion made by Fern Martin, seconded by Matt Shackleton, to approve the minutes of the Regular Board Meeting on May 20, 2019, as presented. Motion carried.
Motion made by Tommie Smith, seconded by Matt Shackleton, to authorize the payment of bills as presented.

Ms. Desormeaux reported on how well Beta placed at nationals.
