             Approve Resolution for the application and forward to County Board for approval the Illinois WiseWoman Program with anticipated grant revenue of $125,530; no matching funds required

             Approve to hire a replacement Clinic Supervisor at an annual salary of up to $63,853 effective October 6, 2019; the previous employee left the payroll system on September 6, 2019 at an annual salary of $60,249.96
