 Approve to hire a replacement R.N./Case Manager at an annual salary of $50,715.21 effective November 18, 2019; the previous employee left the payroll system at an annual salary of $50,715.21 on October 18, 2019

 Approve to hire a replacement R.N./Case Manager at an annual salary of $50,715.21 effective November 18, 2019; the previous employee left the payroll system at an annual salary of $50,715.21 on October 4, 2019

 Approve to hire a replacement R.N./Case Manager at an annual salary of $50,715.21 effective November 1, 2019; the previous employee earned an annual salary of $51,533.34 and was transferred within the department on September 30, 2019
