The Lady Blues lost to Webster with a score of 4-0 in their first game and then suffered an 8-3 loss to Belhaven in the second game of the day. This leaves IC with a record of 0-4 for the season.

During the second game against Belhaven, IC fell behind early as Belhaven scored four runs in the top of the second inning. IC attempted a comeback in the bottom of the third when Allison Mortland doubled to right field, bringing home Claudia Adam who had reached base on a fielder's choice.
Belhaven extended their lead by scoring another run in the fourth inning and added three more runs in the sixth. In response, IC managed to score two runs late in the seventh inning after Elysia Hand tripled to bring home pinch runner Lucy Snow. Hand later scored on a ground out by Taylor Henry.
