Paige Nowak earns field performer of week title with record-breaking pole vault

Illinois College's senior athlete, Paige Nowak, has been recognized as the Midwest Conference Field Performer of the Week. This announcement was made by the league.

Nowak, who hails from O'Fallon, Illinois, achieved a new school record in pole vaulting. She cleared a height of 3.29 meters during the Illinois College Hilltop Invitational held at King Field House last Friday. This performance also marked the highest achievement in the conference for this season.

The track and field teams from Illinois College are set to participate in the upcoming Midwest Conference Indoor Championships scheduled for this weekend in Ripon, Wisconsin.
