Dylan Doss shines for Illinois College at Rose-Hulman Twilight

Dylan Doss achieved two individual victories for the Illinois College men's track and field team at the Rose-Hulman Twilight event in Terre Haute, Indiana. Doss secured first place in the 200 meters with a time of 21.51 seconds and won the long jump with a distance of 7.01 meters. Additionally, he was part of the 4x100 meter relay team, alongside Jaden Saunders, Adam Hernandez, and Miles Weddington, which finished third with a time of 42.92 seconds.

Will Detmer earned second place in the 800 meters for Illinois College (IC), completing it in 1:56.67. Adam Hernandez took fourth place in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 16.13 seconds.

In field events, IC demonstrated strong performances with notable finishes in both hammer throw and shot put events. Xander Moushon claimed second place in the hammer throw (47.20 meters), followed by Melvin Hodge (44.76 meters) in third, Omar Diaz (44.71 meters) in fourth, and Deon Rodgers (39.90 meters) in fifth.

In shot put, Deon Rodgers placed second with a throw of 13.28 meters; Xander Moushon came third at 12.79 meters; Austin Robinson secured fourth at 12.51 meters; and Saul Hernandez finished fifth at 12.34 meters.

Rodgers also excelled in discus throwing by securing second place with a toss measuring 40.42 meters while Omar Diaz ended up fifth reaching a mark of 36.57.

Jackson Lee managed to secure fourth position within pole vaulting after clearing heights totaling approximately four-point-three-six-meters whilst Hernandez landed himself onto fifth rank when competing high jumps recording one-point-six-seven-meter effort.

Illinois College will participate next week at Millikin Friday Night Invite held Decatur Illinois as their subsequent competitive engagement following this eventful meet-up session concluded recently without further ado whatsoever imaginable presently under current circumstances faced alike herein stated accordingly thereof so forthwith!
