State Representative Mike Coffey is once again hosting the "Valentines for Veterans Card Drive" in Springfield, Illinois. Residents of the 95th District are invited to participate by sending Valentine's Day cards to veterans. Cards can be delivered or mailed to Rep. Coffey's district office until February 10, 2025.
"Veterans and seniors in our community are respected, and a simple card that thanks them for their service is one small way we can show our appreciation for their sacrifices," said Rep. Coffey. "Last year, my office received hundreds of cards from children and adults. Let’s make this year special for our veterans!"
The collected cards will be distributed to veterans throughout the 95th District. Participants can send their cards to State Representative Mike Coffey at E-1 Stratton Office Building, 401 S. Spring Street, Springfield, IL 62706.
