Coroner. Jim Allmon 

1. Approval to adjust salary and promote James McFadden from Death Investigator II to Death Investigator I, effective 11/2/25. His salary will change from $45,766 to $59,876. His grade will change from 7 to 13. 

Sheriff, Paula Crouch 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $41,573 effective 10/29/25; the previous employee left the position on 7/15/24 at an annual salary of $41,573 and left the payroll on 8/2/24. 

2. Approval to hire a replacement Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $41,573 effective 10/29/25; the previous employee left the position on 7/4/24 at an annual salary of $44,256 and left the payroll on 7/19/24. 

3. Approval to hire a replacement Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $41,573 effective 10/29/25; the previous employee left the position on 7/20/24 at an annual salary of $41,573 and left the payroll on 8/2/24. 

4. Approval to hire a replacement Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $41,573 effective 10/29/25; the previous employee left the position on 8/30/24 at an annual salary of $74,094 and left the payroll on 9/13/24. 

5. Approval to hire a replacement Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $41,573 effective 10/29/25; the previous employee left the position on 10/26/24 at an annual salary of $46,938 and left the payroll on 11/8/24. 

6. Approval to hire a replacement Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $41,573 effective 10/29/25; the previous employee was promoted on 9/8/25 and left the position at an annual salary of $52,299 on 9/26/25. 

7. Approval to hire a replacement Control Room Operator at an annual salary of $37,551 effective 11/10/25; the previous employee left the position on 9/21/25 at an annual salary of $55,120 and left the payroll on 10/10/25. 

8. Approval to promote unknown from Sergeant to Lieutenant effective 10/29/25. Salary range will change from $74,891.19-$116,556.08 to $90,863.61-$121,759.08; the previous employee left the position on 9/12/25 and left the payroll on 9/26/25.
