Illinois College swimmer Eli Eberle has been named the Midwest Conference Men's Swimming Performer of the Week, according to an announcement from the league.

Eberle, a junior from Canton, Illinois, won the 100-yard butterfly in 52.95 seconds at the Monmouth Invitational. He was also part of the Blueboys' 400-yard freestyle relay team that finished first with a time of 3:24.06, contributing to Illinois College's team title at the event.

This marks the second time Eberle has received this weekly conference honor during his career at Illinois College. Earlier in the season, Lucas Sullens, another member of the Blueboys swim team, earned the same award on October 14.

The Blueboys are set to make their home debut for the 2025-26 season on Saturday when they host Monmouth at Coultas Natatorium at 1:00 p.m.

"Eli Eberle has been named the Midwest Conference Men's Swimming Performer of the Week," stated the league announcement.
